Team Building Exercise-Balloon Couch

In our team building exercise we were asked to build a couch out of balloons. There was 3 of us in a group, Me, Patryk and rowan. To start off the exercise Patryk got 25 Balloons and then the rules of thye task were explained to everyone. When everyone was clear on the rules we began the competition. Patryk was in charge of blowing up the balloons, i was in charge of cutting the celotape and rowan was responsible for sticking the balloons together in a couch formation. After Patryk had finished blowing up the balloons he assisted me with the celotape cutting, so that our couch could be made quicker and on time. Rowan explained that we needed the Pressure to be spread across a large area than in just one spot after Patryk sat on it. We finished building our couch 10 seconds before the time was up. Out of the 3 groups and the 3 couches it turned out that our one was the best, because it met all of the requirements and still stayed in tact after being sat on. The Requirements for the couch were; Arm rests, Head rest and that it was possible for Patryk to lay on it. We had only one balloon explode on us, However the couch still stayed together and i feel we had good team communication, because even before the task had been set we each knew what we was going to do. We had a lot of fun doing this task but at the same time we took it seriously as we wanted to win the competition.
